PLAN POLICY

Agreeing to this plan, client understands that the monthly subscription fee is non-refundable after payments have been submitted.  In the event the client cancels their subscription during a current billing cycle, they still have access to unlimited character designs created by WBA Art LLC until the turn of the month into the next billing cycle.  Client may copyright and trademark their character creations freely and without any restraint or objection from WBA Art LLC.  WBA Art LLC does not ask for royalties from businesses or personal entities merchandise or product sales using created custom character designs.  Client also understands agreeing to this plan ensures only 1 character will be created per form submitted, this will be true in every instance.  No backgrounds will be created at any instance.  Fan created characters of current active IPs are welcome, though WBA Art LLC waives legal responsibilities of client trademarking, copyrighting and or selling characters on merchandise or products.
